Présentation de CyberLink PowerDirector, le plus rapide, le plus simple et le plus évolué des logiciels d’édition vidéo du monde. CyberLink PowerDirector inclut les outils les plus sophistiqués, qui restent pourtant faciles à utiliser, pour réaliser des productions vidéo professionnelles. Il offre en plus la technologie d’interprétation vidéo avancée (SVRT), optimisée pour les technologies NVIDIA CUDA, ATI Stream, les familles de processeur Intel Core, ainsi que les unités de traitement centralisé multi-cœurs d’AMD. À l’aide de ces technologies, CyberLink PowerDirector vous permet de réaliser vos projets cinématographiques et de préserver leur qualité plus vite que n’importe quel autre logiciel disponible sur le marché. Avant d’installer CyberLink PowerDirector, il peut être utile de vérifier les ressources de votre système afin d’obtenir des performances optimales.
Afin d’éviter la plupart des problèmes de compatibilité, veuillez fermer tous les autres logiciels et utilitaires, y compris les détecteurs de virus et les logiciels de messagerie instantanée.
Pour obtenir les meilleures performances d’enregistrement vidéo possibles, vérifiez le paramétrage DMA de votre disque dur. Veuillez vérifier la page Propriétés du Poste de travail/Ordinateur pour trouver la liste des paramètres matériels.
Technologie (SVRT) : Pour que la technologie SVRT fournisse des performances de traitement optimales, les séquences vidéo de votre Storyboard doivent utiliser le même format de fichier d’enregistrement.
Problèmes concernant l’édition des vidéos MPEG-2 : Les systèmes d’exploitation Microsoft Windows ne fournissent pas de moteur de décodage de lecture vidéo MPEG-2. Si d’autres logiciels d’édition vidéo ou de lecture DVD ou MPEG-2 sont déjà installés sur votre système, le moteur de lecture vidéo MPEG-2 tiers risque de créer un conflit avec le moteur fourni avec CyberLink PowerDirector. Si CyberLink PowerDirector rencontre un problème pendant l’importation de fichiers vidéo MPEG-2, veuillez essayer de désinstaller les autres applications logicielles de lecture ou d’édition vidéo MPEG-2. Si le problème persiste, veuillez consulter la FAQ publiée sur le site Web de CyberLink ou contacter le personnel d’assistance technique de CyberLink.
La bibliothèque d’exécution Microsoft DirectX® 9 doit être installée à l’avance. PowerDirector nécessite l’installation de la bibliothèque d’exécution Microsoft DirectX® 9 sur votre système pour que certaines fonctions de PowerDirector s’exécutent correctement. Le cédérom du programme d’installation de CyberLink PowerDirector installe automatiquement la bibliothèque d’exécution DirectX 9. Néanmoins, si vous disposez de la version téléchargée ou de la version d’essai gratuite, vous devez télécharger ce module du site Web de Microsoft ou d’autres sites Web. Vous pouvez également trouver Microsoft DirectX® 9 sur la page de téléchargement Microsoft : http://www.microsoft.com.
Prise en charge OHCI (Open Host Controller Interface : Interface de contrôleur hôte ouvert) : CyberLink PowerDirector prend en charge la norme OHCI qui fournit à Microsoft Windows un moyen normalisé de communiquer avec le port IEEE1394 ou la carte d’E/S, afin qu’il ne soit pas nécessaire d’installer d’autres pilotes pour la capture vidéo DV avec le logiciel CyberLink PowerDirector.
Exigences concernant le disque dur lors de l’utilisation de la capture DV non en temps réel : PowerDirector utilisera le disque dur comme espace tampon pour transcoder le contenu DV capturé dans les fichiers MPEG-1/MPEG-2. Il est donc recommandé de posséder un espace libre suffisant sur le disque avant de procéder à une capture DV décalée.
Dans certaines situations, il se peut que CyberLink PowerDirector mette un certain temps pour détecter les paramètres SVRT avant de produire un long projet de film. Cela peut être dû au fait que le fichier vidéo est fractionné en plusieurs séquences (par la détection de scènes ou par un fractionnement manuel). Si cela arrivait, veuillez patienter jusqu’à ce que la détection SVRT soit terminée.
Compatibilité DV/QuickScan : Certaines marques DV peuvent avoir des problèmes de compatibilité avec la fonction QuickScan en mode Capture. Cela peut être à cause du mécanisme de rembobinage DV qui varie d’un modèle DV à l’autre. Nous vous recommandons de suivre les conseils donnés dans la Notice de QuickScan. Par exemple, la cassette DV ne doit pas posséder de blancs au milieu d’un enregistrement. Si votre DV ne peut exécuter la fonction QuickScan avec succès, vous devriez capturer la vidéo avec les boutons Enregistrer/Arrêt normaux.
La capture MicroMV est prise en charge dans CyberLink PowerDirector 9 excepté pour le QuickScan DV et pendant la direction des scènes par arrêt de codes temporels.
L’aperçu en avance rapide n’est pas pris en charge pour le format Windows Media Video (WMV). Vous verrez la vidéo lue en x1 même si vous appuyez sur le bouton d’avance rapide.
Veuillez fermer tout autre logiciel de lecture audio (tel que Media Player ou Winamp) lorsque vous capturez des signaux vidéo/audio de la télévision ou d’un CD-ROM, car cela pourrait provoquer un silence de l’audio ou des bruits sur les séquences capturées.
Lorsque vous effectuez un Découpage, la vidéo que vous voyez dans la fenêtre vidéo ou dans la visionneuse de média est la vidéo originale sans aucun autre effet appliqué (comme par exemple, l’ajustement des couleurs, ou de la vitesse de la vidéo). Veuillez basculer en mode Film pour avoir un aperçu du résultat avec les effets appliqués.
Réécriture HDV, à l’heure actuelle CyberLink PowerDirector ne reconnaît que les Sony HDR-FX1, HDR-HC1 et HDR-HC3. Pour la liste des nouveaux modèles HDV, veuillez télécharger les correctifs en cliquant sur le bouton « Rechercher les mises à jour » ou en visitant le site de CyberLink.
Échec d’installation car QuickTime n’est pas installé, dans certains cas, CyberLink PowerDirector 9 ne peut être installé car l’étape précédente de l’installation QuickTime n’est pas terminée. Ceci peut être cause par des codecs tiers qui on installé des codecs QuickTime alternatifs comme Storm Codec ou K-Lite Codec Pack. Nous recommandons de supprimer ces codecs et d’installer le lecteur QuickTime 7 d’Apple. Lorsque QuickTime est installé, réessayez l’installation de CyberLink PowerDirector 9.
Échec d’installation de CyberLink PowerDirector 9 à cause d’un redémarrage en cours d’installation, si vous relancez votre système lors de l’installation de CyberLink PowerDirector 9, vous ne pourrez pas l’installer la prochaine fois. Si ce cas se produit, veuillez supprimer les fichiers avec une extension .ipi dans le dossier C:\Windows\Installer de votre système et réessayer d’installer CyberLink PowerDirector 9. Si vous n’êtes pas sûr de la procédure à suivre pour supprimer les fichiers .ipi, veuillez contacter l’assistance technique CyberLink.
Sélection du disque enregistrable dans la sauvegarde DV, il est important de s’assurer que la capacité du disque est suffisante pour la cassette DV. Par exemple, pour une cassette DV en mode SP et non LP, vous devez disposer d’un DVD enregistrable de 4,7 Go (DVD+/-R/RW). Si vous essayez de sauvegarder une cassette plus longue que le DVD enregistrable, la fonction de sauvegarde risque de ne pas fonctionner.
Selon le format de fichier, la détection de scènes risque de ne pas fonctionner de manière optimale pour certaines séquences. Vous devrez peut-être diviser les scènes manuellement dans la boîte de dialogue de détection de scènes.
L’utilisation de plusieurs pistes PiP demande plus de performances de votre ordinateur, ce qui pourrait provoquer un affichage PiP saccadé. Il est recommandé d’utiliser un ordinateur de haut de gamme pour utiliser plusieurs pistes PiP.
Pendant le transfert des modèles personnalisés sur DirectorZone, tous les modèles de menu 4:3 sont convertis en 16:9. Les objets PiP, le menu du disque et les modèles de titres ne peuvent contenir de vidéo lorsqu’ils sont transférés sur DirectorZone.

Comme la taille d’une vidéo HD peut être 4 fois plus grande qu’une vidéo DV, une vidéo HD requiert un ordinateur puissant pour les modifier. Veuillez consulter la configuration requise pour de plus amples informations.
Liste de compatibilité des périphériques IEEE 1394 : Les modules de capture vidéo DV de CyberLink PowerDirector utilisent le pilote Microsoft Windows. Il est nécessaire que les périphériques de capture IEEE1394 soient compatibles avec la norme OHCI.
