Versiones de CyberLink PowerDirector 9

Registro del software

Utilice la función de registro en línea para registrar el software. Debe registrar el software para recibir el soporte técnico al cliente e información sobre actualizaciones del producto.

Aviso de instalación y utilización del software

  1. Antes de instalar CyberLink PowerDirector, puede que tenga que comprobar los recursos de su sistema para poder obtener un rendimiento óptimo.

  2. Para evitar la mayoría de los problemas de compatibilidad, cierre todas las demás aplicaciones de utilidades, incluso los programas antivirus y de mensajería instantánea.

  3. Para obtener el mejor rendimiento en la grabación de vídeo, verifique la configuración de DMA del disco duro. Consulte la página de propiedades en Mi PC o PC para obtener una lista de configuraciones de hardware.

  4. Tecnología inteligente de procesamiento de vídeo (SVRT): Para que SVRT obtenga un rendimiento de procesamiento óptimo, los clips de vídeo del guión gráfico deben utilizar el mismo formato de archivo de grabación.

  5. Problemas de edición de vídeo MPEG-2: Los sistemas operativos Windows de Microsoft no proporcionan un mecanismo de decodificación para reproducción de vídeo MPEG-2. Si el sistema ya tiene instalado otro software de reproducción o edición de DVD o MPEG-2, o edición de vídeo, el mecanismo de reproducción de vídeo MPEG-2 de terceros puede causar un conflicto con el mecanismo incluido con CyberLink PowerDirector. Si CyberLink PowerDirector tiene dificultades al importar archivos de vídeo MPEG-2, trate de desinstalar las demás aplicaciones de edición o reproducción de vídeo MPEG-2. Si el problema continúa, consulte las preguntas más frecuentes que aparecen publicadas en el sitio Web de CyberLink o póngase en contacto con el soporte al cliente de CyberLink.

  6. Debe tener ya instalada la biblioteca en tiempo de ejecución de Microsoft DirectX® 9. CyberLink PowerDirector requiere que Microsoft DirectX®9 tenga instalada una biblioteca en tiempo de ejecución en el sistema para que ciertas funciones de PowerDirector se ejecuten correctamente. El programa de instalación del CD de CyberLink PowerDirector instalará automáticamente la biblioteca en tiempo de ejecución de DirectX 9. No obstante, si obtiene la versión que se descarga de Internet o la versión gratuita de prueba, tendrá que descargar este módulo desde el sitio Web de Microsoft o desde otras ubicaciones Web. Microsoft DirectX® 9 también se puede encontrar en la página de descargas de Microsoft DirectX® 9: http://www.microsoft.com.

  7. Compatibilidad con OHCI (Interfaz de controlador de host abierto): CyberLink PowerDirector es compatible con los estándares de OHCI, proporcionando al sistema Windows de Microsoft una forma normalizada de interactuar con el puerto IEEE1394 o la tarjeta de E/S para que no sea obligatorio instalar otros controladores adicionales al capturar vídeo DV con el software PowerDirector.

  8. Requisito de disco duro al usar captura de DV no en tiempo real: CyberLink PowerDirector utilizará el disco duro como el espacio de búfer para transcodificar el contenido del DV capturado en archivos MPEG-1/MPEG-2. Se recomienda tener espacio suficiente en el disco duro antes de realizar la captura de DV no en tiempo real.

  9. En determinadas situaciones, puede que CyberLink PowerDirector tarde un cierto tiempo para detectar la configuración SVRT antes de producir un largo proyecto de película. Esto puede deberse al hecho de que el archivo de vídeo está dividido en muchos clips (por detección de escena o por acción de división a mano). En ese caso, espere hasta que complete la detección de SVRT.

  10. Compatibilidad de DV/Escaneado rápido: Algunas marcas de DV pueden tener problema de compatibilidad con la función Escaneado rápido en el modo Capturar. Esto pude deberse al hecho de que el mecanismo de rebobinado de DV es muy diferente en varios modelos de DV. Recomendamos encarecidamente a nuestros clientes que sigan la recomendación que aparece en el Aviso de Escaneado rápido. Por ejemplo, la cinta de DV no debe tener espacios vacíos en el medio de una grabación. Si su DV no puede realizar con éxito la función Escaneado rápido, se recomienda capturar el vídeo con los botones Grabar/Detener normales.

  11. La captura de MicroMV es compatible con CyberLink PowerDirector 9, salvo en Escaneado rápido DV y durante la detección de escenas por interrupción del código de tiempo.

  12. La vista previa con avance rápido no es compatible con el formato Windows Media Video (WMV). Se verá la reproducción del vídeo a velocidad normal aunque haga clic en el botón de avance rápido.

  13. Cierre cualquier programa de reproducción de audio (como Media Player o Winamp) cuando esté capturando señales de vídeo/audio desde la TV o el CD-ROM, ya que eso puede provocar silencios o interferencia en el audio de los clips capturados.

  14. Cuando esté realizando recortes, el clip vídeo que aparece en la ventana de vídeo o en el visor de multimedia es original, sin ningún otro efecto (por ejemplo, ajuste de color o de la velocidad del vídeo) aplicado. Cambie al modo Película para visualizar el resultado con todos los efectos aplicados.

  15. Escritura HDV: en la actualidad, CyberLink PowerDirector sólo admite Sony HDR-FX1, HDR-HC1 y HDR-HC3. Para los nuevos modelos de HDV, consulte versiones futuras haciendo clic en el botón "Comprobar actualizaciones" o visite el sitio Web de CyberLink para ver si hay actualizaciones.

  16. No se puede instalar por no estar instalado QuickTime: en algunos casos, PowerDirector 9 no se puede instalar correctamente debido a que el paso anterior de la instalación de QuickTime no se ha completado. Esto puede deberse a que códecs de otros fabricantes hayan instalado códecs alternativos de QuickTime, como Storm Codec o K-Lite Codec Pack. Le sugerimos que desinstale estos códecs e instale el reproductor oficial Apple QuickTime 7. Después de la instalación de QuickTime, intente volver a instalar CyberLink PowerDirector 9.

  17. No se pudo instalar CyberLink PowerDirector 9 debido a un reinicio durante la instalación: si reinicia el sistema durante la instalación de CyberLink PowerDirector 9, es posible que no pueda instalarlo correctamente la próxima vez. Si ocurriera esto, elimine manualmente todos los archivos con la extensión .ipi que se encuentren en la carpeta C:\Windows\Installer del sistema e intente volver a instalar CyberLink PowerDirector 9. Si no está seguro del modo de eliminar los archivos .ipi, póngase en contacto con el soporte al cliente de CyberLink.

  18. Selección de discos grabables en copia de seguridad de DV: es importante comprobar siempre que la capacidad del disco es suficiente para las cintas DV. Por ejemplo, debe configurar la cinta DV en modo SP y no en modo LP si sólo dispone de un DVD grabable de 4,7 GB (DVD+/-R/RW). Si intenta realizar una copia de seguridad de una cinta de mayor duración de la que se puede grabar en el DVD grabable, es posible que la función de copia de seguridad de DV no se realice correctamente.

  19. Dependiendo del formato de archivo, la detección de escenas podría no funcionar en algunos clips igual de bien que en otros formatos. Tal vez necesite separar manualmente las escenas en el cuadro de diálogo de detección de escenas.

  20. Utilizar pistas múltiples de PiP exige un alto rendimiento por parte de su equipo y puede ocasionar que los objetos PiP no se visualicen correctamente. Se recomienda un equipo de última generación para operar con pistas múltiples de imágenes incrustadas.

  21. Al cargar plantillas personalizadas a DirectorZone, tenga en cuenta que todas las plantillas de menú 4:3 serán convertidas a 16:9 después de ser cargadas. Los objetos de imágenes incrustadas personalizados, el menú del disco y plantillas de título no pueden contener ningún vídeo al ser cargados a DirectorZone.

Requisitos especiales para la edición de contenido de alta definición

Recomendamos que prepare suficientes recursos del equipo antes de comenzar a editar vídeos de Alta Definición (HD). Como la dimensión de un vídeo HD puede ser 4 veces mayor que la de un vídeo DV convencional, el vídeo HD requiere un equipo muy potente para poder realizar correctamente su edición. Consulte los Requisitos del sistema para obtener más detalles.

Nota antes de utilizar Escaneado rápido DV (captura de DV por lotes)

  1. Idealmente, Escaneado rápido debería empezar la búsqueda en el inicio de una cinta. Si su cinta tiene contenido grabado, se la debe rebobinar al inicio.
  2. Trate de no expulsar y recargar la cinta con frecuencia, ya que esto causaría interrupción del código de tiempo y podría producir errores durante la búsqueda.
  3. Evite dejar segmentos vacíos en medio de una cinta. Use el botón "Buscar final" (que se encuentra en la mayoría de las videocámaras) para ubicar el fin de la sección grabada antes de tomar un nuevo contenido de vídeo.

Limitaciones durante la utilización de Escaneado rápido

  1. La cinta no puede grabarse a un PC mediante una conexión IEEE1394 ("FireWire"). La utilización del recurso "Grabar en cinta de DV" provocará pérdida de información del código de tiempo.
  2. La cinta no puede grabarse en un VCR mediante el conector S-Video o Audio/Vídeo.
  3. Los tiempos de grabación deben ser secuenciales. No grabe esta cinta si los códigos de tiempo subsiguientes aparecen antes que los códigos de tiempo precedentes.

Nota para usuarios de iPod®/PSP®

Producción de archivos MPEG-4 AVC (H.264) para iPod Video®

  1. Los archivos producidos en el perfil iPod-MPEG4 AVC sólo se pueden reproducir en el dispositivo iPod Video® de quinta generación de Apple.
  2. Después de producir el archivo, utilice Apple iTunes® para sincronizar los archivos producidos. Lea la guía del usuario de Apple iPod Video® para configurar las opciones de sincronización. Solamente después de una sincronización correcta podrá iPod Video® reproducir el vídeo producido.

Producción de archivos de vídeo de Memory Stick en MPEG-4 AVC (H.264) para Sony PSP®

  1. Los archivos producidos en el perfil AVC de PSP-MPEG4 sólo pueden reproducirse en la tarjeta Memory Stick de Sony PSP® con el nuevo firmware 2.0 actualizado.
  2. Puede elegir generar directamente en Sony PSP si está conectado al PC. También puede generar primero en la tarjeta Memory Stick si el PSP no está conectado al PC e insertar a continuación la tarjeta Memory Stick en un PSP para reproducir el vídeo.
  3. Si elige generar en la tarjeta Memory Stick, asegúrese de elegir el directorio adecuado para generar los archivos. Si elige generar en el disco duro local, asegúrese de copiar tanto los archivos de vídeo de Memory Stick como los de imagen en miniatura en la carpeta de destino de la tarjeta Memory Stick. Todos los archivos se deben guardar en el directorio de la primera capa "MP_ROOT" y el directorio de la segunda capa. El directorio de la segunda capa "xxxANV01" tiene que cumplir las siguientes reglas
  4. CyberLink PowerDirector generará automáticamente el nombre de archivo para que cumpla con las reglas de nomenclatura de formato de vídeo del formato Memory Stick Video.
