支援 OHCI (開放式主機控制器介面):訊連科技《威力導演》支援 OHCI 標準,可讓 Microsoft Windows 透過標準化的方式與 IEEE1394 連接埠或 I/O 介面卡進行互動,因此使用訊連科技《威力導演》軟體擷取 DV 視訊時就無需再安裝任何其他的驅動程式。
使用非即時 DV 擷取時的硬碟需求:訊連科技《威力導演》會使用硬碟做為將 DV 內容轉錄成 MPEG-1/MPEG-2 檔案時的緩衝空間。建議您在執行非即時的 DV 擷取之前先確定是否擁有足夠的可用磁碟空間。
在某些情況下,訊連科技《威力導演》可能需要一些時間來偵測 SVRT 設定,然後才能輸出較長的影片專案。當您的視訊檔分割成多個片段 (可能經由場景偵測或手動分割) 時,就可能發生此情形。在此情況下,請等候 SVRT 偵測動作完成。

向前快轉預覽:Windows Media Video (WMV) 格式不支援此功能。即使按下向前快轉按鈕,也只能以 1 倍的速度播放視訊。
關閉其他的音訊播放軟體:當您從電視或光碟機擷取視訊/音訊訊號時,必須關閉其他的播放軟體 (例如 Media Player 或 Winamp),才不會讓擷取片段中的音訊變成靜音或產生噪音。
修剪時,您在「視訊視窗」或「媒體檢視器」中看見的視訊為未套用任何特效 (例如,「調整色彩」或「視訊速度調整」) 的原始視訊片段。若要預覽套用所有特效之後的結果,請切換到「全片」模式。
HDV 寫回:訊連科技《威力導演》目前僅支援 Sony HDR-FX1、HDR-HC1 和 HDR-HC3。針對較新的 HDV 機型,請按一下「檢查升級」按鈕來查看日後的修補程式,或造訪訊連科技網站查看更新。
未安裝快速掃描導致無法安裝程式:在某些情況下,若未能在先前的步驟中完成「快速掃描」的安裝程序,將會導致訊連科技《威力導演》9 安裝失敗。這可能是因為其他協力廠商的轉碼器安裝了替代的 QuickTime 轉碼器 (例如 Storm Codec 或 K-Lite Codec Pack),因而導致此問題。建議您解除安裝這些轉碼器套件,然後安裝官方版的 Apple QuickTime 7 Player。安裝完 QuickTime 之後,再嘗試重新安裝訊連科技《威力導演》9。
安裝時重新開機,導致無法成功安裝訊連科技《威力導演》9:如果您在安裝訊連科技《威力導演》9 時系統重新開機,下次可能就無法成功完成安裝。如果發生此問題,請手動刪除系統上 C:\Windows\Installer 資料夾中副檔名為 .ipi 的所有檔案,然後再嘗試重新安裝訊連科技《威力導演》9。如果您不確定如何清除 .ipi,請聯絡訊連科技客戶支援部門。

使用多重子母畫面播放軌時會耗用電腦大量的效能,也可能讓子母畫面物件無法流暢地顯示。建議以較高階的電腦來使用多重子母畫面播放軌。
上傳自訂範本至 DirectorZone:所有的 4:3 選單範本在上傳之後都會轉換成 16:9。自訂的子母畫面物件、光碟選單和文字範本在上傳至 DirectorZone 時均不可包含任何視訊。

Therefore, we insist that any patent license obtained for a version of the library must be consistent with the full freedom of use specified in this license.
Most GNU software, including some libraries, is covered by the ordinary GNU General Public License.
